It's clean, friendly and nicely located in the park. It is not a place to hang out all day. Not meant for that. It is a great place to base camp while you explore the amazing park. The new section is nothing more than a cleared plot with concrete pull throughs. Full hook up and zero privacy. That's ok, you won't be spending much awake time there. It is dark and the sky is beautiful. The check in was very informative and cheerful. There are laundry facilities and supplies. The location to the rest of the park is the best part. Your RV will like it.

Best location in Yellowstone National Park. Buffalo and Elk roam through the RV Park great facilities. Would have earned five stars but got four because no posted speed limit signs and speeding vehicles in the park are a hazard!

We stayed here this week with our kids and dog. We have a 30 foot trailer. The good, well you are in Yellowstone, such a gorgeous place so who can complain? Most of the staff was really helpful and friendly. It's quiet and peaceful. Was fairly easy to get to and pretty central to everything in the park. The not so good. Spots are tight! My husband is good at backing into spots but if you aren't confident in this skill make sure they put you into one of the pull thru sites on the upper loop. We were put in A loop and it was weird, lots of spaces open in her upper lot and in c lot but we were constantly packed right on top of each other in A. Absolutely no space between you and your neighbor. We discussed asking to move but since we were only using this as a place to pass out at the end of big Yellowstone hiking days we figured the pain of unhooking and rebooking the trailer wasn't worth it. The weird. Ok this is just a strange funny story. My young kids wanted one of those pricey stuffed animals sold at the park stores. We have a rule of one thing picked from the place we are visiting per trip. So they better make it worth it. My kids picked out a wolf and a bison from this rv park gift store. Both claiming to be made from recycled products. kids are happy and we go out to enjoy our day in Yellowstone. About halfway thru the day I'm looking at this stuff animal bison and I realize that not only Is his face completely sewn on crooked but his leg is almost completely ripped thru and the stuffing is coming out. There is no way it's from my daughter playing with it, it was obviously that way when my husband bought it. He says, "oh that's why that one didn't have a tag on it." Ok. We will just have to return it in the morning since we didn't get in till 1130 pm that night. Next day, brought it back to the gift shop and showed the guy who sold it to us. He says, "you bought this took it over night and are just now returning it?" Well yes sir, we are chronic buyers of stuffed toys who like to return them the next day after getting 25 dollars out of them. He haroomphs grabs another bison and tosses poor ripped bison in the trash and throws a new bison at my 5 year old daughter who he's obviously labeled and criminal. My older daughter who's seen Toy Story one too many times begs to go ask if we can have the og ripped bison back since it's just sitting in the trash. She can fix him. I figured since we are in a national park they'd prob rather have the bison with a nice family than littering up a landfill somewhere. Boy was I wrong. No! Go away. Was his gruff reply. I do believe the power of running a gift shop has gone to this man's head and the nicer and smilier I was only seemed to anger him more. I think maybe they need to move this man and his grumpy side kick to a less human contact part of the park. Possibly bear tagging. These guys were probably the grumpiest, meanest park employees I've ever come in contact with and we are giving them a wide berth. So in conclusion, pretty place, tight spots, be prepared to become good friends with your neighbors, avoid the gift shop.

Great place to stay in RV! Campground is brand new and everything is spotless! Centrally located to all the attractions! We did some great hikes, fishing, sightseeing wildlife and geysers. The only park inside Yellowstone with full hook ups. We were here for a week and will make reservations to return next year! Convenient store and gas and propane close by. Highly recommend

We stayed at the Fishing Bridge RV Park in late July-August 2022. We stayed in loop B, site 54, which was a back-in site with FHU. It was a gravel site with a tree separating each site. There were no picnic tables in loop B. There is barely any AT&T cell service and absolutely no WiFi. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an entire grove of trees across from site 54 that are great for the kids to build forts and hang hammocks on. Be sure to set up your camp chairs, grab a good drink and watch all the novice rental RV'ers try to back in or run their generator while plugged into shore power. It is pure entertainment! Loop B is not the "new" section. That would be section D, which now looks like a large tree-less parking lot. The sites are flat concrete with picnic tables and no shrubs or trees separating any of the sites. There are very clean showers and a laundry attached to the registration office with a small store for some essential items and souvenirs. Fishing Bridge RV Park has some nice hikes from the park and around the area. The bear warnings are everywhere, because Fishing Bridge is where the fish spawn, which attracts bears. We would stay here again.

This place was great! We stayed from Tuesday to Friday. The water pressure into the RV was really strong. The electricity stayed on and good the whole time (it was hot out and our AC was performing nicely). We were able to get two sites next to each other so we could be besides our friends, both of us had dogs with us and there was no trouble with them. We stayed in the D Loop, it was easy to navigate. We had been warned there wasn't going to be room for two cars but it worked out just fine so we didn't have to park the second one in the parking lot. Upon check-in we were given a shower slip with a given number of showers and they marked them off as you used them. The showers were super clean and had no lines inside (tiny line to check-in at times but never inside the showers). We did laundry while we were there and it was smooth. The person working the cash register gave us baggies of quarters for our bills. We brought our own soap but they had laundry detergent for sale if you forget. All the staff at the RV park were very nice. Just down the road from the RV park is a small gas station with a limited food selection. It totally did the job when we took off early Friday morning and didn't want to clean up after cooking. Coming into the park, I absolutely misjudged how far I was going from the entrance to the park and I was grateful there was a gas station. The folks working there were nice too.

First I want to say...Brian, the campground manager, ROCKS! We arrived while it was snowing and everything was wet and muddy. He helped us to make our area a little easier to get in and out of because of all the water. They filled it in with gravel/dirt. Thank you! The spaces are a little tight. We have a 33' trailer and had difficulty navigating around the trees. They are closing a section down (F Loop) to make pull throughs. Not sure when they will be done as they have to cut down a large wooded area to do it. The dirt roads into the loops are rough and full of potholes but wide enough for large trailers/RVs. The showers are behind the Main Check-in counter and you are given a shower card (one shower/day/spot). The laundry facilities are there as well and there are about 12 washers and 18 dryers. Be prepared to pay for using them. I think it was $2.75/wash and $2 for dryer. The pros: it is very beautiful area and you are fairly close (driving) to many of the must see sites (Old Faithful, Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Mud Volcano, and Yellowstone Lake Hotel.
